AUDIENCE INTELLIGENCE PROFILE

Know exactly who your audience is, what makes them stop and look, and where to reach them - then build the visual moment that lands.

What is an Audience Intelligence Profile?

An Audience Intelligence Profile is a focused research brief that answers the four questions every campaign depends on before a single euro is spent on media. We define your audience in three to five named segments, identify the message and tone that move each one, rank the channels and environments where they are genuinely reachable, and recommend the specific visual moment most likely to capture their attention. It is the thinking that should come before any out-of-home, CTV, or drone activation — delivered as a standalone, decision-ready document.

What you receive

  • Named audience segments: three to five segments with demographic, psychographic, and behavioural definition. Real groups you can act on, not vague personas.
  • Messaging spine and tonal guardrails: what to say to each segment, the proof points that land, and the clear do and never-do rules that keep your message on register.
  • Channel and environment rankings: where each segment is actually attentive, ranked across physical and digital space, so your budget goes where the audience already is.
  • Recommended visual moment: the concrete activation most likely to work for this audience, and the reasoning behind it - your bridge from insight to execution.

Built for four kinds of launch

  • Entertainment: films, series, and music releases that need to find their true audience before launch, not after.
  • Premium consumer brands: brands defining or defending a position who need to know precisely who they are speaking to.
  • Athlete-led ventures: ventures built on a fan base, where understanding the audience is the difference between reach and noise.
  • Real estate developments: developments selling to specific buyer profiles across domestic and international feeder markets.

How it works

1. Intake — A short questionnaire defines your project, objective, market, and timeline.

2. Research — We run an audience and public-source research pass, enriched by any first-party data you choose to share.

3. Analysis — Segments, messaging, and channel logic are built and pressure-tested.

4. Quality review — Every brief is unmistakably about your project, and end with an actionable recommendation.

5. Delivery and debrief — You receive a branded brief and a call to walk through the findings and the recommended moment.

Your brief fee comes back

Frequently asked questions

  • What is an Audience Intelligence Profile? A research brief that defines your audience in named segments, the messaging that moves them, the channels that reach them, and the visual moment most likely to capture their attention.
  • How long does it take? Most profiles are delivered within five to seven business days of intake.
  • How much does it cost? Each client gets a custom, detailed quote for a brief. If the client proceeds to do a campaign within 90 days, the fee is credited back.
  • Do I need to share my own data? No. First-party data such as a customer or audience list deepens the analysis, but we build a strong profile from public-source research when none is available.
  • What do I do with the brief afterwards? Each profile ends with a recommended visual moment. If you choose to build it, NVLN executes it across out-of-home, CTV, drone, and 3D production.
